General Shipping Information
There is a standard shipping charge of £7 (Fed Ex next day) or £4.50 (Royal Mail 2nd class) in the UK. It is £14 worldwide, irrespective of order size for standard Royal Mail shipping which can take 1-4 weeks, or you can upgrade to Fed Ex shipping which takes 1-5 days worldwide. Orders to the US and Australia are £20 and will be sent with Fed Ex as this is the only reliable service, and takes 2-5 days.
All parcels are sent in discrete plain packaging.
Many of our orders are custom made to your own specific measurements to ensure a perfect fit every time. This means orders typically take one week to be ready to ship. However if you need an item by a specific date please email us with the date it is required by and we will do our best.
Speed delivery – UK orders only
If your order is vital by a specific date please select our speed delivery service in the cart. Using this method, even made to measure items may be available to arrive within 48 hours. There is an extra charge for this shipping method. Delivery within 48 hours is not guaranteed even with this service, but is highly likely. You will be prioritised to the top of the order queue and your order will be made immediately. Please note delivery is within 48 hours of working days, so if you order over a weekend, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours of Monday morning so will be sent on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Fed Ex, guaranteed to arrive the next day. This service is only available in the U.K. however if you are international and would like to receive your order quicker please choose Fed Ex shipping at checkout and your order will arrive much quicker – for items in stock they will usually arrive with Fed Ex in 1-5 days, anywhere in the world.

You can return any item to us for either a replacement, refund, exchange for an alternative item or adjustment. Please return your order to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us before returning it for full up to date returns details.
After 30 days, but within six months, if an item develops a fault please contact us and if we are able to repair the item we will do so, usually free of charge. If you have damaged the item rather than it being faulty and you would like it repaired (or if you have put on or lost weight and need a size adjustment) please still get in touch as we can often repair items for a very nominal fee. We hate items ending up in landfill if there is no need and would much rather help you get years of enjoyment from your outfit or kit!
All our orders are sent in discrete plain packaging, with no mention of the company name or contents. If a customs label is needed it will be discrete (e.g. rope will be ‘decorative cord’). Often packaging is reused, which adds to discretion (e.g. re-using an amazon box) as well as helping reduce our carbon footprint and helping the environment.
